Kenya Power to Upgrade Prepaid System for Improved Service Delivery

Nairobi, Friday, 31st May 2024—Kenya Power has announced a significant upgrade to its prepaid (token) system scheduled for the upcoming weekend. The upgrade will take place from Sunday, 2nd June at 10:00 PM to Monday, 3rd June at 10:00 PM. During this period, the purchase of electricity tokens and other prepaid services will be temporarily unavailable. It is important to note that this exercise will not affect customers on the postpaid (bill) service.
