Infinix has confirmed the IP64 rating of its upcoming Note 50x smartphone, set to launch in India on March 27. This final teaser adds to a series of reveals over the past two weeks, gradually showcasing the device’s full capabilities.
The IP64 certification ensures the Note 50x is dust-tight and protected against water splashes, making it a durable option for budget-conscious users. Alongside the IP rating, Infinix earlier announced that the device would come with MIL-STD-810H military-grade durability, reinforcing its rugged credentials.
Under the hood, the Note 50x is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultimate SoC, promising efficient performance and support for 90FPS gaming, appealing to mobile gamers on a budget. On the imaging front, the device sports a 50MP main camera, while security is handled by a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
The smartphone packs a 5,500mAh battery, offering 45W fast charging with an adapter included in the box. Additional features include 10W reverse wired charging and bypass charging, which helps reduce battery wear during long gaming sessions.
Infinix is pricing the Note 50x under ₹12,000 (approximately $140/€130), making it an affordable offering in the mid-range segment. It will be available in three color variants:
- Titanium Grey
- Enchanted Purple
- Sea Breeze Green — featuring a vegan leather back for a premium touch
