How to Request to Obtain a License for Organizing Art Shows in Qatar. This service allows individuals and companies to submit a request to host and organize artistic shows and cultural activities, via the E-Services portal of the Ministry of Culture (MOC).
Online Instructions
- Click on “Culture and Arts Services” under E-Services portal available on MOC website.
- Click on “Artistic Event License Request” from the list of services.
- Login by using your personal account on the National Authentication System (NAS, Tawtheeq).
- Attach at least one of the following documents:
- QID copy of owner
- Commercial registration copy
- Establishment ID copy
- Authorization letter
- QID copy of band members
- Acknowledgment and pledge
- Other additional attachments (if required)
- Submit the application.
Fees
- License Issuance: To be determined by the concerned department
- License Update: To be determined by the concerned department.

- Terms of applying for this service include the following:
- Submission is available for individuals of all nationalities (Qataris and non-Qataris)
- Submission is available for companies, government entities, embassies, hotels and restaurants, or through an authorized signatory.
