How to Apply for Public Park Visit by Govt and Private Entities in Qatar. This service enables a number of government, private and other entities to visit the public parks affiliated to the Ministry of Municipality (MoM) by submitting a prior request to the Public Parks Department at MoM. The audience benefiting from this service are:
- Students of public and private schools
- Educational centers and institutions
- Universities
- Expat communities (in case of organizing events)
- Government and semi-government entities
- Companies and private entities
Offline Instructions
- Submit letter to the competent employee at the premises of the Public Parks Department, via email to [email protected] or by fax on (+974) 44266434 to request visiting a public park, clarifying the following:
- Date and timing of visit
- Contact numbers of entity requesting the service
- Obligation to commit to keeping park facilities clean
- For educational entities (public or private): Submit official letter from entity director, clarifying the number of students, their gender (boys – girls) and school stage, as well as the number of accompanying teachers
- For expat communities/government and semi government companies/ companies and private entities: Submit preliminary approval from the Public Parks Department and security approval from the Ministry of Interior, supported by official letter

- Visit to Al Khor Park: Free of charge for school students and QR5 for all the public
- Visit to other parks: Free of charge
