How to Apply for NSSF Statement in Kenya

You can apply for an NSSF Kenya statement online through the self-service portal, the eCitizen portal, or the mobile app. To get it online, register on the portal, log in, go to the “NSSF contributions statement” tab, select the period you need, and click to issue your account. Alternatively, you can use the USSD service or visit an NSSF office. 

Online via the self-service portal 

1. Register on the NSSF self-service portal or Member Registration page if you haven’t already. You may need to get a PIN key from an NSSF office to activate your account online.
2. Log in with your username and password.
3. Navigate to the “NSSF contributions statement” tab.
4. Select the statement period you want to access.
5. Click “Issue account” to view and download your statement. 

Online via eCitizen

1. Log in to your eCitizen account.
2. Find and select the NSSF service.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to apply for and access your statement. 

Via USSD

• Dial *300# and follow the prompts to access your statement. 

In person

• Visit your nearest NSSF office and request a statement.
