The GMK NucBox G10 has officially launched worldwide, bringing an affordable mini PC option powered by AMD’s Ryzen 5 3500U processor. Priced from just $190, this compact device targets users who want strong performance at a budget-friendly price.
Originally introduced in China earlier this year, the GMK NucBox G10 is now available globally. The base configuration includes 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, with the company noting this is a promotional price that may increase later.
Measuring only 103 x 98 x 42mm, the mini PC is small but well-equipped. It includes multiple ports such as USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C, HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 1.4, 2.5 Gb Ethernet, and audio connectivity. This makes the GMK NucBox G10 suitable for both work and entertainment setups.
At its core is the Ryzen 5 3500U, a 12nm, 4-core, 8-thread CPU with Radeon Vega 8 integrated graphics. While the processor first debuted in 2019 for laptops, it remains competitive against Intel’s Twin Lake processors. It offers stronger multi-core and graphics performance, making it a great choice for light gaming, streaming, and productivity.
The GMK NucBox G10 also stands out for memory and storage expansion. Unlike many budget Intel-based alternatives limited to single-channel memory, this system supports dual-channel RAM with up to 64GB of DDR4 (limited to 2400 MHz). It also comes with two M.2 2280 slots, supporting up to 16TB of PCIe 3.0 x4 storage.
Connectivity is reliable, with WiFi 5 and Bluetooth 5.0 onboard. Combined with its wired 2.5 GbE port, the GMK NucBox G10 ensures smooth networking whether at home or in the office.
For users seeking a low-cost yet capable mini PC, this model offers an excellent balance of affordability and features. With its Ryzen processor, dual-channel memory support, and generous storage options, the GMK NucBox G10 is more than just a budget system—it’s a versatile computing solution that outpaces many entry-level competitors.
