DFCU Bank is a subsidiary of DFCU Limited, whose major shareholders include Arise BV, the Investment Fund for Developing Countries (IFU), and the National Social Security Fund of Uganda (NSSF). These stakeholders have provided both capital and governance strength, enabling the bank to maintain competitiveness and confidence among its customers.

Today, DFCU Bank Uganda continues to offer a broad portfolio of services, including loans, savings, investment accounts, and corporate banking. Its mission remains centered on fostering growth and empowering communities, staying true to its legacy of development-driven banking.
