a) School of Hospitality

  1. Diploma in Hospitality Management (CTH Level 4)
    • Entry Requirements: KCSE C-, Eng C-, Maths D or Cert in Hospitality Training
    • Duration: 2 ½ years (8 terms)
    • Fee: Ksh 33,000 per term
  2. Foundation Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism (CTH Level 3)
    • Entry Requirements: KCSE D+ and proficiency in English Language
    • Duration: 1 year, 1 term (4 terms)
    • Fee: Ksh 33,000 per term
  3. Diploma in Professional Cookery (CTH Level 3) (Chef’s Training)
    • Entry Requirements: KCSE C- and proficiency in English Language
    • Duration: 2 ½ years (8 terms)

  4. Diploma in Culinary Skills (CTH Level 2) (Cook’s Training)
