Amanda Kay Victoria Anisimova (born 31 August 2001) is an American professional tennis player. She has won three WTA Tour titles, including the 2025 Qatar Ladies Open, and reached a career-high ranking of world No. 7 in July 2025. Her most notable Grand Slam result is finishing runner-up at the 2025 Wimbledon Championships, where she defeated world No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka before losing to Iga Świątek in the final.
As a junior, Anisimova was ranked as high as world No. 2, winning the 2017 US Open girls’ singles title. Known for her powerful baseline game and two-handed backhand, she has been recognized as one of the most promising American players of her generation.
