WORKS BOSS AMANYIRE CHOKES ON LOANS

Scandal ridden principal road safety officer Mr Amanyire Ronald is back with a bang this time fleecing unsuspecting money lenders causing them financial losses. He started off with Sente Hub from whom he owes three hundred eighty thousand Uganda shillings. (INSERT IMAGE). Pertinent to note is that all pompous Amanyire has caused financial embarrassment by failing to pay a debt of just 100 dollars contrary Section 1(a) (F-n) Uganda Public Serevice standing Orders which is to the effect that a public officer shall not be indebted to the extent of being financially embarrassed to extent of failing to pay debts. Its amusing that a whole principal officer Amanyire is displaying ubiquitous behavior of borrowing and defaulting. What a shamel

Many people have voiced their displeasure with Armanyire’s begging appetite like a law firm he harassed for kickbacks in the botched SGS project. The law firm succumbed to his blackmail and threats to give him USD 6000 (six thousand dollars). As if that wasn’t enough, he went to Face Technologies and borrowed money to finance his self-aggrandizement trips to South Africa. Upon being reminded of his obligation to pay back the money, Principal Amanyire resorted to slandering, intimidating and threatening the company. To this date this money remains unpaid It defeats all imagination and logic that a whole senior government officer accustomed to getting money from kickbacks is failing to pay debts. Amanyire is plagued with debts from all comers including office attendants and messengers

This paper has obtained further evidence of Amany ire’s habitual defaulting. He mortgaged his wife’s motor vehicle UBE 781 P which now has a caveat froma money lender. Following incessant remainders to pay back the loan, the money lender towed it to a parking yard in town after getting a tip off that Amanyire was on the verge of selling it. This has forced Amanyire to rely on his new vehicle Footsubishi motors. Thereason for this unpalatable borrowing is to impress his school going teenage girlfriend Kamanzi by taking her to different lodges. When the money gets finished, he starts a new borrowing cycle. Amanyire tumed to his junior officer a dishonest Muhangi Andrew who is also accused of stealing stored items of driving licenses that he sold to acquire a Mercedes Benz
