Jomuki Auctioneers, acting under the instruction of their client, have announced a public auction scheduled for Tuesday, 2nd July 2024, which will see properties associated with Mediheal Group Limited go under the hammer.
The public auction is set to take place outside the Eldoret Post Office, with the proceedings commencing at 11:00 AM. Among the properties listed for auction are several land plots in prime areas, including the notable Pioneer/Ngertia block and Elgon View-Greenevale Area.

Interested bidders are being encouraged to view the properties in question and verify details independently, as neither the auctioneers nor the principals offer warranties. Conditions of sale stipulate a mandatory viewing, with sales subject to a reserve price, land board control consent, and other overriding interests where applicable. A refundable bidding deposit of Kshs. 100,000 is required to obtain a number for the auction, and a payment of a 25% deposit is due at the fall of the hammer with the balance expected within 90 days.
