The National Enterprise Corporation (NEC) is Uganda’s state-owned commercial arm of the Uganda People’s Defence Force (UPDF). Governance
NEC is governed by a 13-member board of directors, appointed by the Uganda Ministry of Defence and Veterans Affairs.
