In this Motorola Edge 60 review, we explore one of the most balanced and stylish midrange smartphones of 2025. For a price just above €400, the Edge 60 delivers impressive hardware in a slim design, complete with IP68/IP69 protection, a vibrant 6.67″ OLED display, and a triple-camera system—including a 3x telephoto lens. Powered by the Dimensity 7300 and Motorola’s refined Hello UI with AI integrations, this phone aims to be the sweet spot between affordability and performance. Let’s dive into the Bizmart Media Review.

📦 Review Summary

Product Name: Motorola Edge 60
Brand Name: Motorola
Price:

  • 512GB + 12GB RAM: €429.00

Review Rating: ★★★★☆ (4.1/5)

Unboxing and First Impressions

The Edge 60 arrives in a fragrant white box with an eco-friendly touch. Inside, you’ll find a USB-C cable, SIM pin, and a matching protective case. However, no charger is included, which is now common at this price point.

Design and Display

Motorola doesn’t cut corners on design. The quad-curved 6.67” P-OLED display is gorgeous, offering HDR10+, 1B colors, and up to 1,400 nits of brightness. Whether you choose the Shamrock, Gibraltar Sea, or Plum Perfect Pantone variant, the Edge 60 feels as premium as it looks.

Weighing just 179g and measuring 7.9mm thin, it’s both pocket-friendly and durable, boasting IP68/IP69 water and dust resistance.

Software and Performance

Running Android 15 with Hello UI, the Edge 60 adds Smart Connect—a desktop-like wireless mode—and Moto AI, Motorola’s own virtual assistant. Features like voice casting, Quick Launch gestures, and security updates for 4 years round out the software experience.

Under the hood is the MediaTek Dimensity 7300, paired with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB UFS 4.0 storage. While not a speed demon, it handles everyday apps smoothly and is thermally efficient. Benchmark scores confirm it’s a solid performer in its class.

Battery and Charging

Despite its thin build, the Edge 60 packs a 5,200mAh battery. In real-world testing, it achieved an Active Use Score of 13:32h, holding its own against competitors like the Poco X7 Pro.

It supports 68W TurboCharge, reaching 81% in 30 minutes and full charge in just 45 minutes. However, wireless charging is no longer supported, which may disappoint fans of last year’s model.

Camera Performance

Rear Cameras:

  • 50MP Main (Sony Lytia 700C, OIS)
  • 10MP Telephoto (3x optical zoom, OIS)
  • 50MP Ultrawide (AF, macro capable)

Front Camera:

  • 50MP Selfie shooter with 4K@30fps

The camera array is impressive for its price. The main and ultrawide shooters capture great daylight images with wide dynamic range and rich detail. The telephoto lens performs well in good lighting but struggles indoors.

Low-light shots from the main and ultrawide cameras are acceptable but inconsistent, often requiring multiple tries for a clear shot. The selfies, however, are among the best in this segment—sharp, vibrant, and well-exposed.

Audio and Multimedia

The stereo speaker system, supported by Dolby Atmos, scores an excellent loudness rating (-22.5 LUFS). High frequencies are crisp, but the sound lacks depth and bass, leading to a flatter multimedia experience compared to rivals like the Poco X7 Pro.

Unique Features

  • Smart Connect desktop mode
  • Moto AI for voice-based interactions
  • Quick gestures like wrist twist for camera and double chop for flashlight
  • Under-display fingerprint sensor
  • MicroSD card support—a rarity today

Bizmart Media Review Verdict

The Motorola Edge 60 review shows a capable and well-rounded midrange phone that emphasizes design, durability, and display quality. While it trades off performance and camera consistency, it offers unique features like Smart Connect and Moto AI that elevate its value.

If you’re seeking a phone under €450 with a flagship-like feel, the Edge 60 delivers premium design and practicality without breaking the bank. The Bizmart Media Review concludes this is one of the best value Android phones of the year—especially for users who prioritize looks and UI features over raw power.
