Kadaga serves as the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for East African Community Affairs, while Gen. (Rtd) Moses Ali is the Second Deputy Prime Minister and Deputy Leader of Government Business in Parliament. The Third Deputy Prime Minister and Minister without Portfolio is Rukia Nakadama Isanga.
