Who Needs a Visa for Kuwait?

Most travelers require a visa to enter Kuwait, except citizens of these visa-exempt countries:

How to Apply for a Kuwait Visa

1. Kuwait eVisa

Eligible nationals can apply for an eVisa online through the official Kuwait Ministry of Interior portal.

Steps:

  1. Complete the online application form with personal and travel details.
  2. Attach a scanned copy of the bio page of your passport.
  3. Pay the visa fee using a credit/debit card.
  4. Wait for processing (usually 3 working days).
  5. Print the eVisa confirmation and present it at the port of entry.

  • Passport valid for at least 6 months
  • Credit/debit card for fee payment

2. Kuwait Visa on Arrival

If eligible, you can get a VOA upon arriving at Kuwait’s airports.
