📞 Telkom Kenya Voicemail

Activation:

  1. Dial 123 from your Telkom line.
  2. Follow the voice prompts to set your voicemail language and personalize your greeting.
  3. A PIN will be sent to you via SMS. Use this PIN to access your voicemail messages.

Deactivation:

  • Via SMS: Send SUB VMS to 555.
  • Via Call: Dial 555 or +254733105555 and follow the audio prompts.
  • Via USSD: Dial **62*+254733105555# and press OK to forward unreachable calls to voicemail .

Deactivation:

  • Alternatively, send UBSUB VMS to 555.

Accessing Voicemail:

  • Dial 555 or +254733105555 to listen to your voicemail messages.
  • To manage your voicemail settings, call 555, press 1 to set a greeting, or 2 to change your PIN.

Note: Callers are charged at standard rates for leaving a voicemail message .


📲 Safaricom Kenya Voicemail

Activation:

Safaricom offers multiple options to activate voicemail:

  • For Unanswered Calls: Dial *61*0722122# and press OK.
  • For Unreachable Calls: Dial *62*0722122# and press OK.
  • For Busy Line: Dial *67*0722122# and press OK.
  • To Activate All Diverts: Dial *222# .

Deactivation:

  • For Unanswered Calls: Dial ##61# and press OK.
  • For Unreachable Calls: Dial ##62# and press OK.
  • For Busy Line: Dial ##67# and press OK.
  • To Deactivate All Diverts: Dial ##002# .
