Fonexpress outlets can be found at independent stand alone and shop-in-shop stores found inside Naivas, Quickmart & Chandarana Supermarkets branches while Phonelink is one of the oldest dealers in the telecom sector in Kenya, having began operations in 1999. It was one of the first brands to be appointed a Safaricom Dealer in 2000s.

They also run a regional Authorized Service Centre that handles repairs and warranty claims for most of the leading smartphone brands including Samsung, Nokia, Tecno, Redmi, Infinix, Hisense, Itel and many others.
