Bachelor’s Degree Programs
Minimum Entry Requirements:
- KCSE: Minimum grade C+ (C plus).
- Kenya Advanced Certificate of Education: Two principal passes obtained in one sitting or equivalent.
- Diploma: ‘Credit’ pass or higher from a recognized institution in a relevant field.
- Additional requirements may be specified by respective faculties.

Master’s Programs
Minimum Entry Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with Upper Second Class Honours or above.
- Lower Second Class Honours with at least two years of relevant experience may be considered in exceptional cases.
Application Process:
- Obtain forms from the Director, Board of Postgraduate Studies after payment of a non-refundable fee.
- Submit applications through the relevant department for processing and approval.
Doctorate (Ph.D.) Programs
Minimum Entry Requirements:
- Master’s Degree from Egerton University or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Submit a research proposal or brief study summary during the application process.

- Provide a comprehensive research proposal or study summary within three months of registration.
