The two smartphones are part of Acer’s latest push into the mobile device segment in India and will focus on budget 5G performance and AI-enhanced camera technology.

One of the two handsets will feature a 64MP Sony sensor, accompanied by an ultrawide camera and a macro lens, aiming to deliver impressive low-light performance and versatile photography. Acer clarified that the phones are designed, manufactured, and distributed by Indikal Technologies, an Indian company that also produces Acer-branded televisions in the country. While the devices carry the Acer branding, they are locally developed, with limited input from Acer’s Taiwanese parent company.
