You can top up your Faiba mobile line using one of the methods below;

How do I purchase bundles for my line?

You can purchase bundles for your line using one of the methods below;

  1. Dial *111# from your phone, then select option 1. Choose whether you want to purchase a daily, weekly or monthly bundle.
  2. Go to http://selfcare.jtl.co.ke on your phone using your Faiba mobile line. Go to buy bundles and select the bundle you want to purchase
  3. Download the Faiba app from Google Play or the Apple App Store, install it and activate. Use the app to purchase bundles

MPESA: Purchase airtime at a Faiba Shop or partner shop

Top Up Instructions

  • Select Lipa na M-PESA.
  • Select Pay Bill
  • Enter Business No as 776611
  • Account No as Faiba No i.e. 0747 XXX XXX
  • Enter the Amount.
  • Enter your PIN and Send.

Top Up Instructions

  • Go to your Online Banking Menu
  • Select Pesalink (For those with Equity select send to other banks)
  • Under Pesalink select send to phone Number and enter 0747 77 66 11
  • Pesalink will recognize this as NCBA Bank Jamii Telecommunications account
  • Enter amount to pay
  • Under reason for payment enter your JTL Mobile Number 0747 XX XX XX or your account Number for the fixed account JTLK XXXXX
  • Complete the transaction
  • You will receive Airtime Top up or receipt for your fixed payment
  • In addition you will receive an SMS with a PDF link for a receipt from Pesalink

How to buy bundles for Faiba MiFi

When using a router, we recommend using method three mentioned above to make your purchases. This is because your phone may not be capable of supporting the 4G SIM card. You should also use the process to top up your Airtime, check your balance, and do many other tasks without having to remove the Faiba SIM card from the router.

  • 25 GB at Ksh. 1,000 for 30 days

  • 70 GB at Ksh. 3,000 for 30 days
  • 120 GB at Ksh. 4,000 for 30 days
  • 210 GB at Ksh. 6,000 for 30 days

You can opt for mobile for the following mobile plans, valid for 30 days. They have unlimited on-net free calls and SMSs.

  • Kifaru 1GB with 200 minutes and SMSs for off-net purposes at Ksh. 1,500
  • Ndovu 2GB, 350 minutes, and 500 SMS at Ksh. 2,500
  • Simba 3GB, 700 minutes, 700 SMS at Ksh. 4,000
  • Fisi Bundles: Unlimited data usage for an hour at Ksh 150.
