In 2024, Zambian passport holders can travel visa-free to the following 44 countries and territories:

Visa-Free Destinations

  1. Africa: Angola, Benin, Botswana, Eswatini, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Rwanda, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Gambia
  2. Americas: Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Ecuador, Grenada, Haiti, Montserrat, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago
  3. Asia-Pacific: Bangladesh, Cook Islands, Fiji, Hong Kong, Kiribati, Malaysia, Micronesia, Niue, Philippines, Samoa, Singapore, Vanuatu

eVisa Destinations

The following 11 countries issue eVisas for Zambian passport holders:

  1. Africa: Djibouti, Gabon, São Tomé and Príncipe, South Sudan
  2. Asia-Pacific: Georgia, India, Kyrgyzstan, Papua New Guinea, Qatar, Sri Lanka, Suriname

Visa-on-Arrival Destinations

Zambian citizens can receive a visa on arrival in these 24 countries:
