Introduction to the Product

The Personal loan also called the private loan is a credit facility available for personal use. This loan can be used for any purpose, for example; medical bills, school fees, household expenses or even emergency support.

Who Qualifies?

Employees of private sector companies including financial institutions.

Loan Application Requirements

  • Clear copy of original ID.
  • Latest three months pay slips.
  • Post dated cheques or duly completed direct debit authorisation form.
  • Employment contract.
  • One recent colour passport sized photograph.
  • Current three months certified bank statements.

Terms and conditions apply.

Term

Repayment period ranges from 1 months to 12 months

Minimum loan amount: Kshs.20 000
Maximum loan amount: Kshs.500 000.

Below are different types of Platinum Credit loans. Platinum credit limited is a microfinance company in Kenya that gives loan to borrowers in 24 hours.

The company was founded in 2003 with its purpose being to lend civil servants, employees from selected companies and TSC members emergency loans.

Platinum credit limited is licensed under the Company’s Act.

Today, we are going to share different types of Platinum credit loans that may be of help to you.

Types of Platinum Credit Loans

1. Platinum Credit Civil Servant Loans

This type of loan is given to civil servants who are in a fix and need financial assistance. Once your loan application has been approved, it will be disbursed to you either through the bank or M-Pesa within 24 hours.

Loan Application Requirements

  • Copy of your original National ID.
  • Clear colored passport size photo.
  • Latest payslip. It should be original.
  • Copies of payslips for the last 2 months.
  • Latest mini-statement for your ATM card.
  • M-Pesa statements for the last 3 months.

Term:

Repayment period time of the loan is between 6 to 60 months.

Loan Amounts

The minimum loan amount Platinum Credit offers is Ksh. 5,000 with the maximum being Ksh. 500,000.

2. Platinum Credit Log Book Loans

This type of loan is given to people who want to expand their business. It’s secured against the value of your car.

All logbook loans undergo the loan appraisal process. Once your loan application has been approved, it will be disbursed to you either through the bank or M-Pesa within 24 hours.

Who Qualifies For Log Book Loans?

Any person who has a commercial, private or public service vehicle (PSV).

Loan Application Requirements

  • Copy of your original National ID.
  • Bank statements for the last 6 months. They should be certified.
  • Copy of your KRA pin.
  • Colored passport-sized photo. It should be recent.
  • Original logbook of your car.
  • Comprehensive insurance cover. It should be valid.
  • Certificate of incorporation or registration. This applies to business owners only.
  • Personal cheque book.
  • Salaried employees should provide payslips for the last 3 months.
  • Contract letter or employment card for salaried employees.

Term

Repayment period of the loan ranges from 1 to 12 months.

Loan Amounts

The minimum loan amount one can be given if Ksh. 50,000 with the maximum being Ksh. 2,000,000.

3. Platinum Credit Personal Loans

This type of loan is given to borrowers who want to settle their medical bills, pay school fees for their children, purchase household equipment or emergency support.

Who Qualifies For Log Book Loans?

Employees from the private sectors including financial institutions.

Loan Application Requirements

  • Original copy of your National ID.
  • Payslips for the last 3 months.
  • Post-dated cheques.
  • Employment contract.
  • Colored passport-sized photo.
  • Bank statements for the last 3 months. They should be certified.

Term

Repayment period of the loan ranges from 1 to 12 months.

Loan Amounts

The minimum loan amount one can be given if Ksh. 20,000 with the maximum being Ksh. 500,000.

4. Platinum Credit Landlord Loans

This type of loan is given to anyone who owns rental properties that are generating income. It’s taken against rental income.

Loan Application Requirements

  • Original copy of your National ID.
  • Copy of your KRA pin.
  • Certified bank statements for the last 6 months.
  • Colored passport-sized photo.
  • Payment vouchers for the last 12 months from a property agent.
  • Copy of your agency contract.
  • Electricity or water bill for the property. They should be the latest.
  • Property search report that has been stamped by the mandated people.

Term:

Repayment period of the loan ranges from 3 to 12 months.

Loan Amounts

The minimum loan amount one can be given if Ksh. 50,000 with the maximum being Ksh. 2,000,000.
