Nderitu Gachagua, 1st Nyeri Governor.
He succumbed to cancer in Feb 2017.
Nderitu was blessed with 6 kids; 4 from official wife and 2 others from sidechicks.
Ken Nderitu is his first born. Despite his dad leaving behind an Estate worth Billions. Ken Gachagua, is languishing in poverty in Hiriga Village, Nyeri.
His uncle, Rigathi Gachagua, was tasked with the role of executing the will and the administrating the vast estate, he was the guy to liquidate the assets and distribute all the net proceeds according to the will.
From hotels,to factories, from dairy farms to flats from ranches to a chopper and state of the arts vehicles.
The administrator to his late father’s will leaped where he never sowed. He refused to release riches to would be beneficiaries.
Despite taking the administrator to court, they have never received even a single penny from Rigathi since their father passed away. They live like beggars. School going kids were transferred from German and British curriculums to Public schools. One of Gachagua’ son is now a bouncer at a Bar in Kilimani, one of his Baby Mamas works in Naivas as a supermarket attendant. The other one now lives in Kayole.
The first born,Ken Nderitu, can barely afford to foot a quarter of his bills. Atimes, credit card is a luxury to him. If Safaricom bans reverse call services, he will be the biggest casualty. Electricity at his Hiriga home was disconnected over lack of payment back in March. He survives on candles and paraffin.
The administrator of the will sneaked in a clause that “whoever challenges the will in court automatically loses their inheritance right.”
Nderitu Gachagua family lives like beggars. YET the administrator swims in riches. The riches which was meant to help them is now being used to popularize William Ruto’ Presidential bid.
Rigathi Gachagua can’t help his family. YET he moves up and down promising to “help” and “change” the lives of Kenyans.
