This project is a joint involment by Barclays and Unilever pension funds..
Car parking is provided on interlocking floors within the podium. Three levels of shops are designed into the ground floor and first floor of the podium, surrounding a top-lit atrium. There are 10 typical floors of 720 square metres.
The orientation of the building is so designed as to minimise afternoon sun penetration. The curtain wall detail allows for the unobtrusive installation of individual split air-conditioners. Triad worked closely with the project manager and property advisors in the development of the initial concept and financial viability of this project.

The Prosperity House famously known as the Nyanza Provincial headquarters building comes third in the list of the tallest buildings in Kisumu city. The high-rise building reaches up to 51.58 meters above sea level. It is located along Awuor Otieno road in the heart of Kisumu city. The building has a total of 14 floors which are mainly used for commercial purposes. The building which was constructed in 1986 served as the headquarters of Nyanza province. It now houses the official offices of the county government of Kisumu, the county commissioner’s office and the Huduma center. It is owned by the government of Kenya.
55. Varsity Plaza Kisumu
Varsity Plaza famously known as the Kenya National Assurance House also joins the list of tallest buildings in Kisumu city. The high-rise building reaches up to 51 meters above sea level and is located off Achieng’ Oneko road opposite Kisumu hotel. It has 14 floors which are mainly used as university offices and classrooms. The building is owned and regulated by the administration of Maseno University hence the name ‘Varsity Plaza.’
56. The Kerio Valley Development Authority Plaza (KVDA- Plaza) – Eldoret
The KVDA used to be the tallest building in town just before MUPs came into existence. The 14-storey building that took Sh400 million to be constructed is now the second tallest building in Eldoret, the city of champions.
The building has an international center fitted with modern gadgets and can hold more than 400 people at the same time. To come up with income, the management has segmented some spaces to several businesses as offices, a restaurant, and other investments.
Construction of the plaza’s southern wing is said to have stalled close to twenty years ago. KVDA management, however, decided to expand it. This led to the construction of the building’s second wing which was completed in June 2016. The completion of this new project has seen an increase in the amount of income from what was previously being raised.
Since the completion of this second wing, it is believed that it has already brought in more than Sh160 million.
57. The White Castle building
The White Castle is said to be about 31 meters high and consists of nine floors. It is the third tallest building in Eldoret town. Despite the fact that it is among the oldest structures in town (constructed back in 1980) it happens to be one of the largest motels in Eldoret, the White Castle Motel.
The motel is known to offer a friendly environment to both tourists and business travelers visiting the town and the surrounding areas. All rooms in this building are comfortably furnished, and fitted with modern facilities such as telephones, TVs, and comfortable beds. Some facilities that are offered at white castle include; a satellite TV, Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and parking.
58. Aum Towers Mombasa
AUM Towers is one of the tallest buildings in Mombasa standing at 79 meters tall. The tower which has 22 floors serves as the headquarters of Aum Insurance Brokers Limited. It was designed by Manish Solankis Architects with its construction completed in 2020.

The 71-meter tower is situated along Nyerere Avenue. It rises to 16 floors and serves as a residential place with two, three and four-bedroom units.
60. Ocean View Residency
The residential building rises to 70.33 meters above the ground. Its construction began in 2017 and ended in 2019. The 19-floor building was designed by Marriott IPS Architects.
61. Bima Towers Mombasa
Bima Towers was constructed in 1982 by Twinlight Company Limited, an American firm. The 16-storey 67-meter tower along Digo Road houses government offices.
