Settling Disputes between Employers and Qatari Employees in the Private Sector. This service allows Qatari workers in the private sector to submit a complaint against their employer, in accordance with Article (9) Clause (8) of the Amiri Resolution on the Organizational Structure of the Ministry of Labour No. (6) of 2016.
Offline Instructions
- Visit the Ministry of Labour website.
- Click on “Download”.
- Fill in the Complaint form.
- Attach the following documents:
- Arabic copy of the job contract
- QID copy
- Submit your complaints to the Labour Relations Department of the Ministry of Labour.
