Request to Sell Agricultural Seeds in Qatar. Farm owners may submit a request to the Farm Affairs Department at the Ministry of Municipality (MoM) to sell agricultural seeds; MoM supports farm owners by offering competitive prices for agricultural seeds whose value is estimated at 50% of the original value for marketing, productive farms and 25% for private productive ones.
Offline Instructions
- Submit Seed Purchase Request to the Agricultural Affairs Department at MoM.
- Provide copy of valid farm ownership card.

Additional Information
- The farm shall be registered.
- The farm shall be either marketing, productive one or private productive.
- There shall not be violations against the farm.
Fees
Applicable fees for seeds are as follows:
- 50% of the original value of private productive farms.
- 25% for marketing, productive farms
