We currently have 3 properties, one along Jogoo Road, Ruaraka along outering road and Parklands. Qwetu is Home to over 900 en-suite studios with options such as Premium rooms, Single Occupancy rooms, Cluster rooms (shared among 6 with a common kitchenette and a lounge area), and twin studios shared among 2.
Qwetu Ruaraka is home to more than 400 students. It features one of the most diverse student communities of all our locations. It also has the added advantage of being situated close to major Nairobi universities and colleges such USIU, KCA, Kenyatta University and Jomo Kenyatta. Vibrant malls like TRM and the hip Garden City are both 5 minutes drive away.
