Qatar: Request to Correct Material Error in Document. This service enables you to request to appoint a competent court through the Supreme Judiciary Council (SJC) Portal.
Instructions
- Log in to SJC Portal using the National Authentication System “Tawtheeq”.
- Enter activation code sent to the registered cell phone number, then click on “Confirm”.
- Click on “E-Services Portal” then “Judicial Services” from the “Services” menu.
- Click on “Request to Correct Material Error in Document” under “Motion Trials” services.
- Enter all required details, then click on “Next” to submit your application.
- Choose type of court (Court of Cassation, Court of First Instance, Court of Appeal).
- In case that the power of attorney is from an individual, enter the applicant’s data (name, nationality, type of identity proof, identification number).
- Enter address details (city, district, street, building, unit, and mailbox).
- Enter Power of attorney representative “individual”, the power of attorney number, and the power of attorney status.
- If the power of attorney is from an establishment, enter address details (city, district, street, building, unit, and mailbox).
- Enter power of attorney representative (Lawyer), attorney number, power of attorney status.
- Enter establishment number and the commercial register.
- Submit your request.
