Qatar: Request for Suspension of Action and Provisional Release. This service enables you to request for a suspension of action and a provisional release via the Supreme Judiciary Council (SJC) Portal.
Instructions
- Log in to SJC Portal using the National Authentication System “Tawtheeq”.
- Enter activation code sent to the registered cell phone number, then click on “Confirm”.
- Click on “E-Services Portal” then “Judicial Services” from the “Services” menu.
- Click on “Request for Suspension of Action and Provisonal Release” under “Motion Trials” services.
- Enter all required details, then click on “Next” to submit your application.
