Qatar: Request a Security Circular for a Vehicle. This service provided by the Public Prosecution in the State of Qatar allows a relevant person to send a request to the Public Prosecution for a circular on the vehicle.

Instructions
- Access the service link on the Public Prosecution e-services portal.
- Log in through your account on the National Authentication System (Tawtheeq).
- Submit the application.
- A relevant person or his representative shall submit according to a legal power of attorney issued by the Ministry of Justice (MOJ).
- The request is reviewed at the competent prosecution if the request is related to a report under investigation or has been filed, and it is reviewed at the enforcement prosecution in the event that a criminal judgment or order is issued.
- Attach copies of the following documents:
- A vehicle rental contract
- A procuration document
- A delegation letter
- A tenant’s ID card or passport
- A commercial register
- An establishment computer card
