Qatar: Other Requests from Seizure and Confiscation Office

This service provided by the Public Prosecution in the State of Qatar allows for submitting various requests, for example, a request to renew a commercial license and a commercial register, a request to issue a checkbook, and other requests.

Instructions

• Click on “Seizure and Confiscation Service” from the services list, then select “Other Requests from Seizure and Confiscation Office”.
• Log in through your account on the National Authentication System (Tawtheeq).
• Select the case and enter the required data, and then click on “Send”.
• Attach copies of the request and delegation letter.
• Submit your application. 

Fees

No fees are required for this service.

Additional Information

• After submitting your application, you will receive an SMS message confirming that the request has been received. 
• You will receive an SMS message on the approval or rejection of the request. 
• The application can be submitted to the Public Prosecution’s building during official working hours (07:30 AM to 02:30 PM from Sunday to Thursday).
• The service delivery time is 3 days.
