Instructions
- Visit Aspetar hospital website and click on the “Request an Appointment” option that directs you to the “Appointments and Referrals” page.
- Choose the “I am a Patient” option, in case you are a patient, which directs you to the “Appointments” page, and click on one of the following choices:
- “Request an Appointment”: Read the terms and conditions and tick the checkbox that confirms your acceptance of them, fill out the application form, enter the Captcha verification code, and click on “Submit”.
- “I have a referral/medical report from another provider (outside Aspetar)”: Login with your username and password, or create a new account if you do not have one, then fill out the required details.
- “I require Diagnostic Imaging and have a signed and stamped referral from a licensed physician”: Login with your username and password, or create a new account if you do not have one, then fill out the required details.
- Select the “I am a Healthcare Practitioner” option, in case you are a healthcare practitioner, which directs you to the “Referrals” page, and login with your username and password, or create a new account if you do not have one, then fill out the required details.
