Qatar: Appeal Against a Criminal Order Decision. This service provided by the Public Prosecution in the State of Qatar allows an applicant (individuals, companies, government entities, and law offices) to submit a grievance request against the issued criminal order decision. Grievances are sent to the Sentences Enforcement and Checks Prosecution, which in turn review and presents the requests to the competent department at the Supreme Judiciary Council (SJC).
Instructions
- Access the service link on the Public Prosecution e-services portal.
- Log in through your account on the National Authentication System (Tawtheeq).
- Submit the application.
- The application shall be subject to the approval of the Sentences Enforcement department.
- Attach a copy of procuration document and a copy of delegation letter.
