Final Number of IEBC Registered Voters in Kenya 2012. The Independent Electoral Boundaries Commission (IEBC) released the final number of registered voters for the March 4, 2013 elections after the cleaning and review of the provisional list.
There are 14,352,545 registered voters for the March 4, 2013 elections.
[Please note that the IEBC later communicated that this total figure did not include the 36,236 non-biometric registered voters; Biometric plus Non-Biometric equals Total Number of Registered Voters]
This number surpasses the 12,616,627 voters registered by the Interim Independent Electoral Commission (IIEC) in 2010, and the 14,296,180 voters reported by the defunct Electoral Commission of Kenya (ECK) for the 2007 elections.
The IEBC registered 2,637 Kenyans living in the diaspora; Eastern African Community.
