Individuals or juridical persons, namely a company, foreign entity, international organization or foreign body (non-Qatari person, whether natural or juridical), may submit a request to mortgage their property’s beneficial interest and obtain the necessary funding. The beneficial interest certificate shall be approved by the Real Estate Registration Office Head and the municipality director.
- Provide letter from funding party to the Real Estate Registration Office stating beneficiary and property data in order to add mortgage on the beneficial interest certificate.
- Attach ID card of the beneficiary and beneficial interest certificate.

- This service requires two days to be completed.
