This is a list of accredited institutions offering law courses in Uganda, as of October 2014. Uganda’s legal education system is anchored on the Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree, usually lasting four years, offered at universities. After obtaining an LLB, graduates who wish to practice law must proceed to the Law Development Centre (LDC) for a Diploma in Legal Practice, which qualifies them to join the Ugandan Bar.
