List of Elected MCAs in Roysambu Constituency 2022. Nairobi’s Roysambu Constituency is a constituency for elections. Nairobi City County has seventeen constituencies, including this one. It was established before the Kasarani Constituency was split into the Kasarani, Roysambu, and Ruaraka constituencies for the 2013 general election.
It shares boundaries with the constituencies of Mathare to the south, Kasarani and Ruaraka to the east, Kiambu to the northwest, Ruiru to the north and northeast, and Westlands to the west. Located at the northernmost point of Nairobi, the constituency spans 48.80 km³ (18.8 sq mi).
It includes parts of Githurai as well as neighborhoods including Garden Estate, Thome, Balozi, Zimmerman, and Kahawa West. This location is also home to Kenyatta University, US International University, Kamiti Maximum Security Prison, the National Youth Service headquarters, and the General Service Unit headquarters.
Roysambu, Zimmerman, Githurai, Kahawa, and Kahawa West are its five wards.
