Butula Constituency is an electoral district in Kenya. It is one of the seven constituencies in Busia County. List of Elected MCAs in Butula Constituency 2022. The constituency was formed for the 1997 elections. The constituency consists of six wards, each of which elects a member of the Busia County Assembly (MCA). The current member of parliament is Joseph Maero Oyula.
