Infor Global Solutions, an enterprise software company, had earnings of $740 million and is wholly owned by Koch after its acquisition was completed in April 2020.
In addition, $40 billion in cash, miscellaneous investments and land less certain overhead costs and liabilities is held by the Koch Industries parent, based on Moody’s reports stating that the company has a zero net debt position and information provided by a person familiar.

Julia Flesher was born in Indianola, Iowa in 1963. Her family owned a furniture store on Highway 92, according to a 1998 New York Times report. She moved to Arkansas eight years later when her parents opened a clothes store in Conway, north of Little Rock.
She attended the University of Central Arkansas before taking a job as an assistant to fashion designer Adolfo Sardina.
She met David Koch on a blind date in January 1991. The pair married in 1996 and had three children. David Koch died on Aug. 23, 2019.
