Kareps is professional Property Marketing and Consultancy Company with special interest in Modern Hous-ing , modern apartments either for rent or sale and affordable plots. The name “KAREPS” is an abbreviation of Kakamega rentals and Properties. A simple connotation borrowed from NAKUMATT FOR Nakuru Mattresses or NAIVAS for Naivasha Enterprises. The abbreviations was aimed at opening new markets for KAREPS without limiting it to Kakamega.

The company was founded in the year 2017 as a freelance social media interactive page exclusively oper-ating only on Facebook platform. In the year 2020, Victor Anangwe, the Founder, officially registered it as a business entity, opened the first office and launched the services in Kakamega town.

KAREPS mainly specializes in Property Marketing, Property Managing and advertising of properties with much interest in modern housing units. In the last two years, KAREPS has been able to bring on board more than 20 landlords/investors who have properties in the Lake regions of Kakamega, Bungoma and Kisumu to partner in marketing and management of their properties. Majority of our clients are domiciled in Ka-kamega. However, we have a good number of clients who live in other cities or overseas like Norway, USA, Japan, United Arabs as well as West Africa who have properties around and have given us the privilege to Manage or Market for them.

Kareps affordable plots project is our maiden focus this year 2023. This segment mainly targets the youth who have been requesting our consideration in offering affordable plots.
