Issuance of Beneficial Interest Certificate (Doha Municipality). Individuals or any juridical person represented by a company, a foreign entity, an international organization or foreign institution (any non-Qatari person, whether natural or juridical) may submit their requests to register beneficial interest for houses and residential units and have beneficial interest certificate issued.
Offline Instructions
- Download and fill in the paper form, then submit it to the Real Estate Registration Office for non-Qataris.
- Landlord and beneficiary (or their legal representatives) submit a contract signed between them for a maximum period of 99 years on condition that the property is located within the areas defined by the law.
- Attach ID cards of both landlord and beneficiary, original title deed, stamped copy of title deed (no objection on disbursement) from the Ministry of Justice and letter from financer (in case of mortgage).
