An investment project by the Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB), Insurance Plaza is an iconic 18 level, 27,000 sqm commercial building located at the heart of Kigali’s expanding CBD. It comprises of 3-level modern shopping arcade, 14-storey office floors with a top-level restaurant commanding spectacular views of Kigali, a service basement and a separate adjacent 4-level 170 car parking silo serving the main building. Triad was commissioned in July 2007 as construction supervisors for the project that was completed in September 2010.

The Rwf 17 billion building in the Central Business District is owned by Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB), which was formed after the merging the Social Security Fund of Rwanda (SSFR), formerly the sole proprietors, and the government workers’ medical insurance scheme, RAMA.
