Block Flash videos, animations, and games from playing
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click More Settings.
At the bottom, click Show advanced settings.
Under “Privacy,” click Content settings.
Find the “Flash” section.
If you don’t want Flash content to be playable, choose Block sites from running Flash.
Fix problems with FlashError: “Adobe Flash has been blocked because it is out of date” or “Couldn’t load plugin” Flash isn’t supported on Chrome for Android devices, iPhones, iPads, and other mobile devices. If you see these error messages on your computer, try these steps.

If you don’t see Flash settings
If you’re using a work or school device, the organization might not let you change Flash settings. Ask the administrator to assist with an updates/changes that you need to make to Flash.
if you’re using an iPhone or iPad or an android device Flash won’t work on Chrome.
