How to Request to Subscribe in Morasalat in Qatar. This online service enables non-government entities to subscribe or renew the existing subscriptions of their businesses in the Government e-Correspondence Service “Morasalat” for a selected tier plan. This is done using credit cards or bank transfers.
Online Instructions
- Log in to the National Authentication System “Tawtheeq”.
- Fill out the required information on the “Tier Details” page, then click on “Continue to Payment”.
- Add the required details on the “Payment Details” page, then click on “Pay”.
- Click on “Finish”.
Additional Information
- The user shall be registered in Tawtheeq.
- Only authorized signatories within the registered organizations can use the service.
