How to Request to Purchase Seedlings in Qatar. The airport plant nursery of the Ministry of Municipality (MoM) sells citizens and farm owners all kinds of seedlings, flowers, ornamental trees, fruitful and non-fruitful trees, and shrubs, with the delivery option available. The ministry’s website also provides a detailed description of each seedling for sale.
Online Instructions
- Search available seedlings and add your selection to the cart, then click on “Complete Purchase”.
- Check selected seedlings, then click on “Complete Details”.
- Fill in the applicant details.
- Pay by credit card or upon delivery to complete the purchase process, then print the payment receipt.
- Show the following documents to receive the seedlings:
- For individuals: QID of buyer
- For farm owners: Copy of ownership certificate or farm ownership card, and official letter from farm owner addressed to the director of the Public Parks Department

- Visit MoM airport plant nursery and choose the desired seedlings.
- Show the following documents to receive the seedlings:
- For individuals: QID of buyer
- For farm owners: Copy of ownership certificate or farm ownership card, and official letter from farm owner addressed to the director of the Public Parks Department
- Pay appropriate fees to receive the payment receipt and selected seedlings.

Additional Information
- The Public Parks Department provides delivery service of seedlings only inside Doha, and delivery times are from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
- By clicking e-payment, you shall have a credit card to complete the purchase process or you can choose your seedlings and pay when receiving them only through a banking card. In both cases, you are required to print and keep the receipt.
- The seedlings shall be collected no later than two days after submitting your request.
- This service can also be obtained via Oun mobile app.
- MoM clarifies on its website the process plan of the service in detail and in the form of a work plan.
- This service requires one hour to be completed.

Fees
Applicable fees are as follows:
- Fruit trees: QR5
- Shrubs and ornamental trees: QR2
- Four seasonal flowers: QR1 (i.e. QR0.25 for every flower)
- Delivery of order to buyer in areas located within the borders of Doha municipality within a range not exceeding 20KM: QR30, provided that the package value is worth at least QR200
