How to Request for Unfreezing Pledged Shares of Mesaieed Petrochemical Holding Company for Heirs in Qatar. This service, provided by the Ministry of Social Development and Family (MSDF), allows persons included in the Amiri Grant in the shares of Mesaieed Petrochemical Holding Company (MPHC) among the beneficiaries of social security and persons with disabilities (Qataris) to unfreeze the pledged shares of this company currently in case there are heirs only.
