How to Request for Expenditures and Others from Public Prosecution in Qatar. Concerned persons or their representatives, upon a legal power of attorney issued by the Ministry of Justice, may submit their requests to the Public Prosecution (PP) for approval on the disbursement of a financial amount related to expenditures or others.
The request is reviewed at the competent prosecution in case it is relevant to a report under investigation or one that has been filed. It is also reviewed at the Enforcement Prosecution in case a criminal ruling or order is issued.
Online Instructions
- Log in to the e-services portal of PP through the National Authentication System “Tawtheeq”.
- Browse ‘Services’ menu, then click on “Requests Related to sanctions lists”, followed by “Expense Request”.
- Enter request details.
- Attach the following documents:
- Request Copy; printed letter explaining the reasons for the request.
- For representative: Copy of ID or passport
- Collateral Warranties
- Unified Register of Those Listed on the Sanctions List
- Click on “Submit”.
Offline Instructions
- Visit PP Building during the official working hours.
- Submit your request along with all required documents and information.
