How to Request Cancellation of Travel Ban in Qatar. This service allows you to request the cancellation of a travel ban on a petition so that the court can look into it further through the Supreme Judiciary Council (SJC) Portal.
Instructions
- Log in to SJC Portal using the National Authentication System “Tawtheeq”.
- Enter activation code sent to the registered cell phone number, then click on “Confirm”.
- Click on “E-Services Portal” then “Judicial Services” from the “Services” menu.
- Click on “Request Cancellation of Travel Ban” under “Motion Trials” services.
- Enter all required details, including the applicant information and case information and number, application details, attachments, and signature, then click on “Next” to submit your application.
