- Enter your username/QID no. and password.
- Click on “Environmental Protection Department”, then “Renew Approval to Collect Germplasms”.
- Fill out the online form, entering all the required information.
- Select previous approvals and required period.
- Enter personal information and select purpose of approval.
- Enter names of collecting team members and details of each.
- Attach copy of QID of applicant and each collecting team member.
- Click on “Send”.
