Here is How to Pay bills From a KCB Bank account using the KCB App
- Open the KCB App
- Select Make Utility Payments
- Select Popular bills
- Select the biller to pay e.g. KPLC Tokens
- Select KCB account to pay from
- Enter the biller Account Number
- Enter the Amount and Submit
- Enter your KCB mobile banking PIN and commit
- You will receive a confirmation message with a 20 digits token code
